Definition

You can use this authorization object for authorization check at the template, task list, or task group level.

Defined fields

This authorization object includes the following fields:

  • AUTHGRP_FC: Authorization group assigned to templates
  • FCC_TL_IND: Indicator for template, task list, or task group
  • TE: Template

  • TL: Task list

  • TG: Task group

  • FCC_OWNER: Object owner consideration
  • Y: The user is not authorized if the user is not the responsible agent of the template, task list, or task group.

  • N: The system does not check whether the user is the responsible agent of the template, task list, or task group.

  • ACTVT: Activity
  • Delete (06)

The user can delete templates, task lists, and task groups.
  • Display (03)

The user can display templates, task lists, and task groups. This is the prerequisite for displaying the organizational units and the tasks in the templates, task lists, and task groups.
  • Execute (16)

The user can perform execution related activities on the tasks in a task list.
  • Maintain (23)

The user can click the Display <-> Change button to switch to change mode.
The user can open templates, task lists, and task groups in change mode.
The user can create templates, task lists, and task groups.
The user can create task lists from templates.
  • Assign (78)

When the user maintains the header information of templates, task lists, and task groups, the user can assign a responsible agent and an authorization group.
  • Download (DL)

The user can export templates (see Export Templates).
  • Maintenance of Header Data (FB)

The user can maintain the header information of templates, task lists, and task groups.
  • Schedule Task List (MS)

The user can schedule all the tasks in a task list by clicking the Schedule All Tasks button in display mode or by confirming the dialog box that appears after the user creates a periodic task list whose status is Released.
  • Roll Out (RO)

The user can open a task group and update templates that have been assigned its tasks and folders.
  • Upload (UL)

The user can import templates (see Import Templates).
