Definition
Authorization to access tasks for general notifications
You use this authorization object to control access to specific task transactions.
Defined fields
The authorization object checks the following fields:
- Activity (see below for attributes)
- Catalog type for task code
- Code group for task code
In the Activity field, you can have the following attributes:
- 11: Displaying a task in the task transaction and in task worklists
- 12: Displaying a task in the task transaction and in task worklists, if the user is assigned to the task as the processor (partner for the task).
- 21: Processing a task in the task transaction
- 22: Processing a task in the task transaction, if the user is assigned to the task as the processor (partner for the task).
Explanation of Evaluation of Partner Information
When evaluating the partner information, the partner information in the task is determined according to the company's organizational structure and compared with the user. If both sets of information match, access is allowed. The information also matches if the user belongs to an organizational unit.
