Definition
This Authorization Object is used for the CRM Channel Management Media Assignment Block in the CRM WebClient UI. The authorization check can have four different states: Display, Create, Change and Delete.
Display Authorization
The authority "Display" is required to set the Media Assigment Block visible
on the Overview Pages of the four applications "Channel Partners", "Partner Contacts" (both applications
can be found in the Channel Manager role), "Company Profile" and "Company Contacts" (these applications are located in the Partner Manager role).
Create Authorization
The "Create" authorization is required for the "Add" button on top of the Media
assignment block on the Overview pages. Without the authorization to create Media, the Add button will be disabled. In the Partner Manager role, the "Add" button always remains invisible.
Change and Delete Authorization
Once the Assignment Block is visible on the Overview Page, the one
click actions depend from the authorizations "Change" and "Delete". Without the authorization "Change",
the OCA edit will be removed from each line in the Media assignment block , without the authorization
"Delete" , the recycle bin icon for the OCA Delete will be removed. For the Partner Manager role, the one click actions "Edit" and "Delete" are never active.
