Definition
This object serves as an authorization for SU01 users as call center agents in the following CRM 5.1 Telco Call Center scenarios. If the object is assigned to the user and B2C is configured appropriately, then the user is logged on in call center mode which means that a customer's BP is assigned to him or her.
