Definition

The authorization object CRM_NOTES is used to perform the authorization check relating to the SAP CRM My Notes app.

You can use this authorization object to control whether users are authorized to use the CRM My Notes app. If authorization is missing, the user is unable to create/change/delete or view notes.

USER Contains the names of the users whose notes the current user is allowed to view or create/change/delete. A user is usually only allowed to work with their own notes. In this case, this field must contain their own user name. This field only contains additional user names in exceptional cases.
