Definition
This authorization object is relevant for example for claim submissions, claims, chargebacks, claim chargeback recoveries, prepayments, and reservations.
Using this authorization object, the system checks which territories are relevant for processing by the user, in reference to the business transactions created in the system. The system then defines which activities can be executed for the relevant territories.
This authorization object also controls other checks. For example, the authorization check ensures that when the user fulfills the criteria mentioned above, it is then possible to process the document if the user does not have authorization for the corresponding business transaction type and activity.
Defined fields
TERR_ASSGN- scope of check (direct or indirect assignment), only one value can be created per profile
- A = direct assignment (user can process documents in own territories)
- B = indirect assignment (user can process documents in own territories and all territories under these)
PR_TYPE - business transaction type
ACTVT - activity
