Definition
This authorization object enables you to restrict the processing of the list of error records created for automatic goods movements (backflushing, automatic goods receipt). You can only process the error records for which you have authorization for both the order category and the plant. The error records for which you do not have authorization are not removed from the list but rather displayed in gray so that they cannot be selected.
Defined fields
The authorization object contains two fields:
- AUTYP: specifies the usage of the order. The entry help (F4) for this field shows the values that are available.
- WERKS: defines the plant in which error records can be processed for the order category.
Example
User A is allowed to process error records for production orders in any plant.
- Order category '10'
- Plant '*'
User B is allowed to process error records for networks in plant '0001'.
- Order category '20'
- Plant '0001'
