Definition

This authorization object enables you to control whether a user is allowed to enter, cancel, or display confirmations for orders as well as whether the user is allowed to process PDC error records, depending on the activity, order type and plant.

Defined fields

The authorization object contains three fields:

ACTVT: The following activities are possible:

01 enter confirmation

02 process PDC error record (change)

03 display confirmation

85 cancel confirmation

AUFART: specifies the usage of the order. The entry help (F4) for this field shows you the values that exist.

WERKS: specifies the plant in which a confirmation can be entered for the order type.

Example

User A is allowed to confirm production orders with internal number assignment in all plants.

Activity '01' order type 'PP01' plant '*'

User B is allowed to confirm production orders with external number assignment in plant '0001' only.

Activity '03' order type 'PP02 plant '0001'
