Definition

Authorization object C_APO_ADVN: Check on the name of a macro

Defined fields

• ACTVT : Activity

Permitted entries are:

• 02 Change

• 16 Execute

• APO_MAKRON : Macro name

You use this authorization object to check whether a user is authorized to work with the macro. In general you use a name convention for your macros. You can then assign authorizations based on name ranges (for example C* for macros concerned with capacity evaluation). With this object, in contast to the other macro authorization objects, you can specify whether a user is allowed to create a macro with a certain name before they have saved it for the first time.
