C_APO_RLG - Authorization Object SCM 4.0: Maintain Realignment Table
ROGBILLS - Synchronize billing plans General Data in Customer MasterThis documentation is copyright by SAP AG.
Definition
The C_APO_RLG authorization object offers a more differentiated authorization maintenance than the C_APO_FUN authorization object, which only offers the C_RLGEX (execute realignment), C_RLGM (change realignment), and S_RLGM (display realignment table) features for realignment.
The C_APO_RLG authorization object enables authorizations for certain activities to be maintained , depending on the selected planning object structure (such as creating a new realignment stepp, deleting existing realignment steps, or executing alignment, for instance).
The C_APO_RLG authorization object is completely independent of the C_APO_FUN authorization object. This means that you do not have to use the C_APO_FUN authorization object when you want to maintain authorizations for realignment.
Defined fields
The APO_PSTRU and ACTVT fields are available for maintenance of the C_APO_RLG authorization object.
The APO_PSTRU field defines the planning object structure for which the user is allowed to execute the activities maintained in ACTVT.
The following activities are available for the ACTVT field:
- 01 (add or generate): Add new realignment steps in the realignment table.
- 02 (change): Change realignment steps that already exist.
- 03 (display): Display realignment steps (using the log function, for instance). Generally, this activity should always be selected if a user is to be given authorizations.
- 06 (delete): Authorization to delete realignment steps from the realignment table.
- 07 (activate, generate): Create the realignment table for a particular planning object structure. When a new realignment table is created, the old realignment table is deleted along with all realignment steps within it.
- 16 (execution): Authorization to execute realignment.
