Definition
Using the authorization object C_EHSG_MP1 (label printing), you can restrict authorizations to individual labeling scenarios and specify the permitted activities when printing labels and in case of data overflow.
Defined fields
The following table contains the fields of the authorization object with the possible values:

| 05 | In the case of a data overflow, the user can reduce the validity areas of the generation variant. An overflow occurs if the data to be printed in a print area on the label does not fit in the space available. If you enter the value 05, a dialog box is displayed in which the user can reduce the validity areas and therefore the number of languages in which the data has to be output. If you do not enter the value 05, the dialog box is not displayed to the user. | |
| 06 | In the case of a data overflow, the user is allowed to force label printing. For this purpose, a pushbutton is available in the dialog box for reducing the validity areas. This button is only active if you have entered the value 06. |
Examples
A user can only edit the labeling scenario Make-to-Stock (MAKE_TO_STOCK). Before printing labels, the user can reduce the number of labels and the validity areas, but cannot force labels to be printed in the case of a data overflow. To set up the corresponding authorization, enter the value MAKE_TO_STOCK in the Labeling Scenario field and the values 04 and 05 in the Label Printing field.
