Definition

You use the authorization object C_EHSH_PER (EHS: Edit Print Request in GLM) to control access to the print request interfaces and print stations.

The interfaces are used in the following transactions:

• Label printing: If you create print requests via label printing, you require the PRTREQBODY_DET and PRTREQBODY_PROCESS interfaces.

• Function workbench: If you use the function workbench, you may need a number of interfaces.

• Print information system: PRTREQ_READ, optional PRTREQ_DELETE, PRTREQ_PROCESS, PRTREQ_UNLOCK, PRTREQ_CONTENT_GET, PRTREQ_CONTENT_PRINT

• Print request manager: PRTREQBODY_READ, optional PRTREQBODY_DELETE, PRTREQBODY_PROCESS, PRTREQBODY_UPDATE, PRTREQBODY_VERPROC, PRTREQBODY_UNLOCK

Defined fields

The following table contains the fields of the authorization object with possible values.

Only values with the prefix PRTREQ can be selected for the User Action field. All other values have no effect.

If one or more interfaces are defined using the User Action field, the user can call these interfaces.

PRTREQBODY_PROCESS	Process Print Request Body interface

PRTREQBODY_UNLOCK	Unlock Print Request Body interface

Print Station (GLMP_PRNST)	[blank]	No print stations

[Print station 1, print station 2, ...]	Authorization for just one or more print stations. The print stations have already been created in the Customizing activity Specify Print Station for Print Requests.
