C_EHSG_WB - Function Workbench

Definition
You can use authorization object C_EHSG_WB (EHS function workbench) to assign authorizations for using the function workbench as well as to restrict access to specific, selected functions and define the activities permitted within a selected function. You can also restrict or define access to the tabs within a selected function.
Defined fields
The following table contains the relevant authorization fields of the authorization object and their possible values:

| Activity (ACTVT) | 16 | Function workbench (transaction CBGLWB) is released for the user |
| Function (C_EHSG_BP) | Specifies selected functions that the user can process or execute. You have defined the selected functions in the Customizing activity Define Layout of Function Workbench. | |
| Tab page (C_EHSG_TB) | Specifies the tabs that the user can access. You have defined the tabs of a selected function in the Customizing activity Define Layout of Function Workbench. | |
| Activity (C_EHSG_EX) | Specifies the activities that the user can execute. You have defined the activities in the Customizing activity Define Layout of Function Workbench. |
Examples
A user is authorized to use the function workbench and the selected function Print Request Manager. The user can access the Print Requests and Detail Data tabs in the selected function and can execute the Delete and Create Again activities.
To grant the relevant authorization, proceed as follows:
