Definition
Using authorization object C_EHSH_PER (EHS: Persons in Occupational Health), you restrict the group of persons for which occupational health data such as medical services can be displayed and edited.
The authorization is checked in activities for:
- Displaying, creating, and editing assignments of persons to the health center
- Creating a proposal list for health surveillance protocols (scheduling a job)
- Displaying or editing a proposal list for a person/health surveillance protocol
- Displaying, creating, and editing the assignment of the health surveillance protocol for one person
- Displaying, creating, and editing the assignment of the health surveillance protocol for multiple persons
- Creating a medical service
- Displaying, creating, editing, or evaluating an appointment
- Displaying an overview of medical services
- Displaying, creating, deleting, or evaluating a medical service
- Editing a questionnaire for a service
- Editing case histories for a person in the service
- Importing medical data
- Displaying, editing, or evaluating test results
- Editing examination results in the service
- Locking or unlocking examinations of a medical service for editing
- Editing health surveillance protocols in the service
- Displaying, creating, editing, or evaluating diagnoses for a person
- Editing restrictions for a person in the service
- Editing consultations in the service
- Editing medical measures in the service
- Editing comments on a person in the service
- Closing a service
- Printing service forms (such as protocol logs or certificates)
- Reopening medical services
- Editing vaccinations
- Editing brief consultations
- Running evaluations with the logical database
- Locking and unlocking medical data (medical service, case history, comments/documents for a person, assignment of health surveillance protocol to a person, assignment of persons to the health center)
