Definition
Using the authorization object C_EHSI_DOC (document and user-defined text link), you restrict access to user-defined texts and documents for the objects work area and incident/accident log entry. You define the restrictions for each activity and user-defined text type.
The system checks the authorization when the User-Defined Texts, Documents function is called in display and change modes. It also checks the authorization for all calls of the central modules for the work area and incident/accident log (API check):
- Read
- Write
- Change
- Delete
Defined fields
The following table contains the fields for the authorization object with the corresponding values:

Further notes
To activate the authorization check, you must also execute the program REHS_ENABLE_FTXT_AUTHORITY_CHK.
