C_EHSR_TPL - EHS: Authorizations for Editing Report Templates

Definition
You can use the authorization object C_EHSR_TPL (EHS: Authorizations for Editing Report Templates) to assign authorizations to use certain activities in the Template Editor.
Defined fields
You can assign rights for the following authorization fields:
BLDGRP_ID (Language-Independent Key of Building Block Group)
Specifies the building block groups for which the activities are allowed (defined by the authorization field BLDGRP_ACT). To do so, enter the keys for the relevant building block groups.
BLDGRP_ACT (Activities for Building Block Group)
Specifies the activities that can be executed with the building block groups defined by the authorization field BLDGRP_ID.
You can assign authorizations for the following activities:
| Key | Activity | Description |
|---|---|---|
| 01 | Create | New building block groups can be created. |
| 02 | Change | Existing building block groups can be changed. |
| 03 | Delete | The building block group can be deleted. |
| 04 | Access | The building block group can be accessed, that is, the building block group is visible in the Building Block Group Key field. This enables users to work with the building blocks in the building block group. |
Note: If you want to create, change, or delete a building block group, you must be authorized to access the group.
BLDGRP_ACT (Activities for Building Blocks)
Specifies the activities that can be executed with the building blocks.
You can assign authorizations for the following activities:
| Key | Activity | Description |
|---|---|---|
| 01 | Create | A new building block can be created. |
| 02 | Change | Existing building blocks can be changed. Changes to a building block include: Creating, changing, or deleting building block names; saving a selected area in a report template in a building block (Edit Object from Template). It does not matter whether an area has already been defined for a building block. |
| 03 | Delete | An existing building block can be deleted. |
| 04 | Insert | An existing building block can be inserted in the report template. |
| 05 | Import | A building block can be imported in the building block group. |
| 06 | Export | A building block can be exported from the building block group. |
