Definition
This authorization object controls the access to milestones in the network and work breakdown structure dependent upon the authorization group:
Authorization is checked:
- During maintenance (editing transactions)
- During display
Defined fields
The authorization object contains the following fields:
- Berechtigungsgruppe
- Action
You enter or select the authorization group in milestone maintenance.
The following values are used for the actions:
- 01: Create
- 02: Change
- 03: Display
- 20: Create actual dates
- 21: Time scheduling
- 22: Display dates
Example
User A in plant "0001" can edit and display milestones with authorization group "0001" but cannot enter actual dates. Corresponding authorizations:
- Authorization group 0001
- Action: 01, 02, 03, 21, 22
