Definition

This authorization object enables you to control whether a user is allowed to plan the execution of operation activities depending on the activity, order category, order type, plant, work center, and segment type. For example, you can control whether a user is authorized to assign users to operation activities or to maintain the expected execution duration of an operation activity.

Defined fields

The authorization object contains the following fields:

• ACTVT: The following activities are possible:

• ,,03 Display the execution plan of the operation activity

• ,,72 Plan the execution of the operation activity

• ,,78 Assign users to the operation activity

• AUTYP: Specifies the order category, for example, '10' for "Production Orders"

• AUFART: Specifies the order type

• WERKS: Specifies the plant in which the operation activity is executed

• ARBPL: Specifies the work center in the plant at which the operation activity is executed

• OAN_SGMT_T: Specifies the segment (setup, produce, or teardown) to which the operation activity belongs

Example

• User A is allowed to display the execution plans of operation activities of production orders of the order type 'PP01' in plant '0001'.

Activity '03', order category '10', order type 'PP01', plant '0001', work center '*', segment type '*'

• User B is allowed to plan the execution of the operation activities of production orders of segment type produce in plant '0001' at work center 'WC_0001' only.

Activity '72', order category '10', order type '*', plant '0001', work center 'WC_0001', segment type '2'

• User C is allowed to assign users to the operation activities of production orders of segment type produce in plant '0001'.

Activity '78', order category '10', order type '*', plant '0001', work center '*', segment type '2'
