C_PDC - Communication With External Applications

Definition
This authoriation object is used to check whether the user has authorization to communicate with external systems.
The check is carried out at cross-application level when a user starts the following actions:
- Set up an external system
- Maintain the communication parameters
- Display the times when the last transfers took place
- Transfer data to external systems
- Send an upload request to the external system
- Post the PDC messages received
The authorization check is carried out when the transaction is started.
You can assign a user all authorizations for communication with external systems by assigning the authorization C_PDC_ALL to the user master record.
