Definition
You can use this authorization object to control who has access to the project definition in the Project System depending on the
The system checks the authorization:
- during maintenance (editing transactions)
- during display
Defined fields
The authorization object contains the following fields:
- Controlling area of the project definition
- Action
The following values have been defined for the actions:
- 01: Create
- 02: Change
- 03: Display
- 45: Change project number
Examples
User A may change the project definition L-400 which is assigned to controlling area 001. Relevant authorizations:
- Controlling area: 001
- Action: 02
User B may display and change project definition A-LE-0 which is assigned to controlling area 001 but may not create one. Relevant authorizations:
- Controlling area: 001
- Actions: 02, 03
