You can use this authorization object to control who can access the project definition in the Project System depending upon the
The system checks the authorization:
- during maintenance (editing transactions)
- during display
Defined fields
The authorization object contains the following fields:
- Profit center of the project definition
- Action
The following values are used for the actions:
- 01: Create
- 02: Change
- 03: Display
- 45: Change project number
Examples
User A may change the project definition L-400 which is assigned to the profit center P34-80, as well as plan dates and costs for it. Relevant authorizations:
- Profit center: P34-80
- Actions: 02, 21, 23
