Definition
This authorization object is intended as a "master" for you to copy from when you create your own company-specific authorization objects for WBS elements, activities and activity elements.

The authorization object to be checked is determined by the key word ID in the user-defined fields. In Customizing you can create an authorization object for every key word ID in the Project System.
Note
When creating your own authorization objects, be sure to use only those naming conventions that SAP has set up for you.
Customer-specific authorization objects must have the same structure (field type and sequence) as the standard SAP authorization objects C_AFVG_USR and C_PRPS_USR.
Defined fields
The authorization object contains the following fields:
- User-defined fields: Type Char (text) and indicator for reports
- Action
The following values are used for actions:
- 01: Create
- 02: Change
- 03: Display
- 20: Enter actual dates - only for WBS elements
- 21: Time scheduling - only for WBS elements
- 22: Display dates - only for WBS elements
- 23: Plan costs - only for WBS elements
- 24: Display costs and vendor payments or WBS elements
- 25: Plan revenues and customer payments - only for WBS elements
- 26: Display revenues - only for WBS elements
- 27: Create budget - only for WBS elements
- 28: Display budget - only for WBS elements
- 41: Assign PS texts
- 42: Allocate materials - only for activities/activity elements
- 43: Assign PRTs - only for activities/activity elements
- 44: Assign activity elements - only for activities/activity elements
- 45: Change project number - only for WBS elements
