Definition
You can use the C_SNC_FTRI authorization object in File Transfer (FTR) for SAP Supply Network Collaboration (SAP SNC) to restrict the interfaces a user can use for the upload or download of file transfer files.
On the External User view of the Download Center and Upload Center Web screens, SAP SNC filters download and upload profiles by the interface used for the profile. Using this authorization check, a user can only create, display, or modify those profiles that are based on the interface for which he or she has the authorization for.
Furthermore, SAP SNC runs an authorization check before starting background jobs for the download or upload of a file. SAP SNC runs the authorization check in the name of the user who is running the background job. If the user does not have the authorization to use the interface of the download or upload profile, SAP SNC stops the background job and sets the status of the file transfer to Error.
Defined fields
/SCA/FTRIN - Application Interface Type. Can be any FTR interface defined in the system.
/SCA/FTRDI - FTR Data Transfer Direction. Can be Upload or Download.
