Definition
This authorization is required for transactions that realize the transfer of order data between superior systems and PP-PI.
A check for this object is run for the following functions:
o Transfer of orders from external systems
o Transfer of confirmations to external systems
o Transfer of orders from R/2
o Transfer of confirmations to R/2
