Ora1003 at INSERT or Ora0942 at SELECT

Symptom
INSERT in ABAP program returns ORA-1003, or ORA-0942 at SELECT.
Cause
The table is actually activated in the disctionary, but not generated
in ORACLE. At Prepare, the error ORA-942 appears (table or view does
not exist), then at Execute ORA-1003 occurs. When selection made, the
correct error ORA-0942 was output.
Solution
Generate table in the DB.
