NEW-PAGE PRINT ON in batch operation

Symptom
In BATCH operation, the parameters of a NEW-PAGE PRINT ON-
statement were not taken into account.
Cause
BATCH reports are started with statement SUBMIT ... TO SAP POOL,
which means that printing is switched on at report start. An error in
the list processing opens the SPOOL dataset too early. As nested
print output (print output within other print output) is not intended,
the NEW-PAGE PRINT-ON statement had no effect.
Solution
Correction/transport B11K002282 causes the SPOOL dataset to not be
opened until the first WRITE instruction. Print parameters can then
be changed with a NEW-PAGE PRINT-ON statement if this is transmitted
before the first WRITE instruction.
