Unable to increment semaphore
Tip-No.: 1870
Symptom
ORA7265 unable to increment semaphore
Cause
Possible causes:
1. shutdown immediate or shutdown abort was issued
2. someone has accidently deleted the semaphore
Solution
Check that the system is running again and logon again in the database
or check whether the semophore sets still exist.
