AS01 - asset can be created without business area
Tip-No.: 1911
Symptom
Asset was created without business area, if the save query was
confirmed with the exit-code CLOSE.
Cause
The screen 145 for time-dependent data was signalled as processed,
even thogh the business area was not entered.
