Unexpected formats appear in the list

Symptom

In a list line (often the 1st line), the rest of the line is displayed
in a format (INPUT,DETAIL,...) that was not set.

Cause

Basically, the 1st WRITE in a line determines the background format
of this line.
Via a READ LINE command, the format of this line is taken as the
background format for the next line (or MODIFY LINE). Once the
background format is set, it can no longer be changed but rather only
overwritten field by field.

Solution

Should the background be changed at a later stage, this can only
be done at present by outputting a LINE-SIZE big field (SPACE),
then re-position with POSITION 1.
