Syntax check accepts DELETE .. VERSION ..

Symptom
Syntax check accepts DELETE .. VERSION, although it is not maintained
in R/3. The language element dies not delete the complete table
contents, however, the SY-DBCNT is merely not set.
Cause
Query to SY-DBCNT provides no information about the number of records
deleted, as the above language element does not set SY-SUBRC.
