Initialization problem - ATAB table extention

Symptom
When reading tables, table fields that should have initialized are not.
Cause
Appending of one or more fields without data conversion.
Solution
Data conversion, or:
from 1.1F onwards, the problem is solved via release of pool
compression.
Fill RESBD Structure from EBP Component Structure rdisp/max_wprun_time - Maximum work process run time
