Symptom
Reports with name $#$#$nnn
SM50 (process display) and other transactions display programs
with name $#$#$nnn (n = 3-digit number).
Cause
If a modified report is run in the editor (without first saving it),
the editor generates a name of the form $#$#$nnn.
