Time difference in TWO_TASK connection to Oracle

Symptom

A time difference has been discovered between the application server
and the data base server - occurs in DEC/ULTRIX environment.

Cause

For TWO_TASK connections, the result of the SQL-sysdate-call is
dependent on the data base environment.
The ORACLE owner process and the user process must both have the
TZ parameter set identically.

Solution

When installing the SAP System, the same time zone must be set in the
environment for both the SAP owner and the Oracle owner.
