Dump after SQL error in EXEC SQL statement

Symptom

Abend with OS-dump if an EXEC SQL statement triggers an SQL error.
This abend usually occurs when creating/changing data base tables
(long CREATE TABLE statements) - i.e. when converting tables. -

Key words: Dictionary, DDIC, SE11, table conversion, table creation.

Cause

Error in error-handling: the triggering SQL statement should be output
but the target area is too small for long statements.

Solution

Remedied by advance correction in 1.1H.
