ALDB: "Exit" and "Back", also in Client 00

Symptom

In the Transaction ALDB for logical data base processing, errors occur
at "Exit" and "Back", especially in clients that are not 00.

Cause

Program error in SAPMS38D (Includes MS38DF90 and MS38DI10 and
CUA interface).

Solution

The errors were remedied in the above includes; plus, the CUA interface
was changed, so that "Terminate" is also possible (from Release 1.2A
onwards).
