Creating users no longer possible

Symptom

Upon system logon, an instruction for the procedures for creating users
appears (administration, user maintenance, user). If the name "name"
is entered and function "Create" is selected via F6, the system
branches to the dynpro intended for entry of the initial password.
After the word "Pause" is entered (twice) and function "Save" is
selected via F11, the system issues message W01294 Password must
be repeated identically. It is also apparent that the user name
was not transferred from the first screen either: field User ...
is not filled.

Cause

Problem stemmed from an incorrect timestamp in the dynpro, so that a
necessary reinitialization after an ABAP-MP change could no longer be
executed. The reason for this is not known. Possibly transport damage.

Solution

Regenerate the dynpro in Screen Painter.
