Symptom

Run-time error PXA_SEMREQ_Error appears in syslog. In the error
trace file dev_w of the corresponding process,
an error message, "Identifier removed" (or similar) appears.

Cause

The error message can occur within an SAP shutdown, if, for example,
the dispatcher ends the work processes and takes away the semaphore,
but one work process then accesses the semaphore, because it
was delayed by an IO and/or by the signal handling in the DB interface,
and the dispatcher's shutdown request was not received.
The error message can also occur if a shutdown occurs while work
processes are still in the initialization phase. In this case, they are
not ended by the dispatcher before it removes the semaphores.
This inconsistency in the dispatcher is known and will be
eliminated.

Solution

In connection with shutdown, can be ignored.
