Symptom

The key assignment of keys "Insert, Home, Screen arrow keys, Delete"
in the CUA interface is not the same as the 3270 emulation or it is
reversed.

Cause

A terminal emulation does not know list logic, and can therefore only
react to these keys within a page.

Solution

In the CUA interface, the screen arrow keys have the same effect as P+
and P- in the OK code.
Key Home causes (in lists) a P--, the End key causes a P++, the Insert
key switches on the insert mode, the Delete key deletes the character
under the cursor (for input fields).
