Syslog collectiv daemon says: fslgcpid is empty
Tip-No.: 603

Symptom

Syslog collective daemon ("rslgcoll") does not want to start.
An error is registered: PId-File is empty

Cause

Unknown. Maybe the disk was full.

Solution

Make sure that no similar daemon is already running. Then delete
the empty file and start the daemon again.
