How do you use OS2 without a mouse?
Tip-No.: 64
Symptom
An OS2 machine has no mouse. Operating the system is not easy.
Cause
The user is gen. used to operating OS2 with a mouse.
Solution
OS2 can be operated unhindered even without a mouse.
Complete overview of the keyboard interface in OS2:
Desktop Manager, Menu Help - Keys Help
(Alt+Tab until Desktop Manager is active, then press F10, H, K)
Important key combinations:
To next window program Alt+Tab
ZTo next program Alt+Esc
ZuTo task list Ctrl+Esc
SysRestart system Ctrl+Alt+Del
Zum To sysstem menu (and back) Shift+Esc
Zur MTo menu list F10 or Altl
Move thru menu items items Cursortaste
Scrollr one line (lists) CursorUp, CursorDown
Scroll one page (lists) PageUp, PageDown
