Tip-No.: 646

Symptom

Syslogs for numbers P0R P0S P0T,
message: ..... on OS file failed
errno = 0028 or 0013

Cause

Roll and paging files are generally not pre-allocated at max. size.
Dynamical extensions can cause disk overflow (28) or authorization
errors (13) to occur.

Solution

Increase disk space/file system size, set authorizations or change
the "rdisp/rrol_file","rdisp/rpag_file" in the profile such that they
are held in an appropriately configured drive/directory.
