Symptom
Error when logging on - E010162 without error message.
Cause
Problems with the database. The logon program tries to read the user
master record from the database and gets an error other than 'Record not
found'. The error exit attempts to then read the error text from Table
100, which also fails.
Solution
Contact the installation or database expert.
