Offset and length of function module parameters

Symptom

The syntax check reports the specification of offset or length in
function module parameters as an error.

Cause

Specifying an offset and length is no longer possible after a syntax
change. These specifications were previously permitted, but had no
effect.

Solution

Alter programs such that no offset or length specifications are made
in connection with function parameters.
