Change on functionality of vacation valuation

Description

A new function has been created to:

1. Calculate vacation bonus (read note 326007 in detail).
2. Calculate vacation absences (read note 325983 in detail).
3. Calculate payment of weekends on vacation (read note 325958 in detail).
4. Compensate vacation and vacation bonus (read note 316595 in detail).
5. Adjust calculation basis on vacation payment (read note 306382 in detail).
