/BEV1/ARC: Archiving for Sales Returns (Enhanced)

Use

As of SAP enhancement package 5 for SAP ERP 6.0, Enterprise Extension SCM (EA-SP 605), you can use the business function Archiving for Pendulum List Indirect Sales, Empties Management, Sales Returns, and Excise Duty (/BEV/ARC). You can carry out enhanced checks during archiving of sales returns data.

You can archive sales returns data using the SAP archiving solution with the SAP Archiving Framework (ADK). The standard archiving object SD_VBAK has been enhanced for this purpose.

The returns document is based on the standard sales document. The Returns component does not have its own archiving objects. The system archives the standard returns documents in the standard archiving object SD_VBAK (sales documents). If you use the Returns component and want to archive sales documents, the system checks the consistency of the data in all relevant documents.
