SAP Compliance Management - Integration with Human Resources (New)
Use
Currently, you can replicate vendor and customer master data from mySAP ERP, partner data from CRM, and business partners from third-party systems in SAP GTS. You can then perform sanctioned party list (SPL) checks on those business partners.
As of SAP GTS 7.0, you can perform SPL checks on your own employees due to the new integration of Human Resources (HR) HR with SAP GTS. You can include these HR-relevant persons in your SPL screening by replicating personnel master data from mySAP ERP and checking it against the SPL master data in SAP GTS.
You can transfer the personnel master data from HR initially using a report, and, thereafter, any new or changed personnel data can be transferred by a report planned in the background as a batch job. The personnel master data is replicated in SAP GTS as business partners of the type Personand the role Employee.
For data protection reasons, there is a country-specific authorization for this function that means only a user from the same country or country group as the employee can check the employee against the SPL list.
