Import Control and Export Control (Enhanced)

Use

Starting in Release 7.2 of SAP GRC Global Trade Services (SAP GRC GTS), you can upload the determination strategies and their exceptions for import control and export control from an XML file. This means you can upload the conditions that the system uses to determine active legal regulations in legal control without any manual effort. The system also takes the officially defined exceptions into account, for example, for which a product or data constellation does not require an import or export license in the business transaction.

To upload the determination strategies and their exceptions, you have to configure the settings in the Implementation Guide (IMG) for SAP GRC GTS under SAP Compliance Management-> "Legal Control" Service.
