Localization for the Netherlands: Import and Export (New)

Use

Starting in SAP BusinessObjects Global Trade Services 8.0, you can use electronic communication with Sagitta for customs processing of your imports and exports.

  • You can use the following declaration types and procedures for customs export processing with SAP BusinessObjects Global Trade Services:
  • Customs export declaration in normal procedure with presentation at office of exit

  • Advance customs export declaration in normal procedure before presentation; note that the supplementary customs declaration is submitted later outside of Sagitta

  • Customs export declaration without presentation requirement in simplified procedure for unloaded goods

  • Customs export declaration without presentation requirement in simplified procedure for unloaded goods, with subsequent supplementary customs declaration

  • Incomplete customs declaration without presentation requirement in simplified procedure for unloaded goods, with shortened clearance

  • Paper-based customs export declaration

  • You can use the following declaration types and procedures for customs import processing with SAP BusinessObjects Global Trade Services:
  • Complete customs declaration in normal procedure

  • Simplified customs declaration: note that the supplementary customs declaration is submitted later outside of Sagitta

  • Advance customs declaration with subsequent supplementary declaration

  • Subsequent customs declaration: note that the preceding customs declaration must be submitted outside of Sagitta

You can also use in the "Toestemming tot wegvoering" (approval of transportation route) import document in SAP BusinessObjects Global Trade Services 8.0.
