Send Messages (Enhanced)

Use

You use the Send Messages function to send messages from the connector to the SAP Financial Services Network. Usually, the send transaction only sends messages that have not previously been sent to the SAP Financial Services Network. You can provide selection criteria before executing the transaction.

For disaster recovery scenarios, it might be necessary to send messages to the SAP Financial Services Network that have already been sent before. In this case, with support package 1 for release 2 of the connector, you can select the new Include Sent Msg.checkbox. In addition to the messages that have not previously been sent, the connector includes the previously sent messages according to the entered selection criteria. For messages that have previously been sent, the system creates a copy of the original message and sends this copy to the SAP Financial Services Network. The Message ID of the original message is saved as the Related Message ID in the new copy of the message.
