Collective processing: Status "completed" for orders

Description

From 3.0F onwards, you can set the status of maintenance orders to "completed" using collective processing. During period-end closing in Cost Object Controlling, only the orders that have not yet reached "completed" status are included. This speeds up the period-end closing process.

This function can be used for all orders in a plant or controlling area.

To access this function, choose Logistics -> Plant maintenance -> PM processing -> Environment -> Collective processing -> Complete order.

To process an order that has reached "completed" status, remove the "completed" status in the master data function.
